Bus fire suppression system is a device installed aboard a bus to assist put out fire. The apparatus consists of a fire alarm, a smoke detector, and a fire suppression system. The smoke detector and the fire alarm both activate the system. The device then sprays the flames with a fire extinguishing chemical, like water or foam. Bus fire suppression system functions by smothering the fire before it spreads and detecting it. Pre-designed systems with non-electric sensors don't need energy and offer round-the-clock security. To find the fire, the system runs linear pneumatic detection tubing throughout the engine room.
